Villas 12 Lux is an exclusive development located between two of the best areas in the north of Merida, comprised by twelve apartments designed to enjoy a comfortable and natural environment. It offers a new urban landscape within the city, combining the natural surroundings, innovative finishes and safety in high quality inner spaces.

Two blocks of six apartments each were designed, facing each other, along a low speed road full of trees respecting the previously existent vegetation, which draws shadows that dance throughout the day on the façades. As the property is shaped as a rhomboid, the disposition of the apartments creates a group of volumes that make an eye-catching interior. In the exterior, in the northern façade, the patios of each apartment create a succession of vertical elements that light at night, giving life to a rhythmic façade, as a courtesy to both neighbors and pedestrians.

Perfectly combining luxury and functionality in its interior, each apartment has a built area of 125 square meters in two stories, the north – south orientation provides a generous spaciousness and ventilation, thus reducing the use of air conditioning as an additional benefit. It has a roofed space to park two cars, laundry room in the inside and a service area in the outside.

Premios: 2016 Silver Medal Multifamily Housing XIV Bienal de Arquitectura Mexicana / 2016 Honorable Mention Multifamily Housing II Bienal de Arquitectura Regional del Sureste Mexicano / 2015 Honorable Mention Multifamily Housing XI Bienal de Arquitectura Yucateca
